Psychedelic Integration Group
This group will meet to create collages based on the major themes that have come up in past journeys. Participants will have the opportunity to process the meaning of these themes with other individuals that understand the magic of psychedelic experiences. In addition, we will explore more opportunities for continued integration.
Collages
No art skills are required. We will primarily cut images out of magazines but you are more than welcome to draw, paint or color as well. All supplies will be provided!

Grief Group
In this group we will meet to create vision boards that honor a past relationship or loved one that has died. We will reminisce together and explore opportunities for creating a future that memorializes this relationship while making room for new memories.
Break Up/Divorce
Getting out of a long term relationship? For this type of loss we will honor the relationship while utilizing aspects of a vision board to explore opportunities for growth and healing in the future. How can you honor this relationship while developing a vision for the future?

Death of a loved one
For the death of a loved one we will create a collage that memorializes the relationship you had with this person. We will explore opportunities for carrying on this person's memory in your day to day life. How can you honor them during your next life transition?
Pet Loss
Our pets are our fur babies and not to be forgotten when we talk about grief! For this type of loss we will recall all of the ways our furry friend was the best companion ever. We may also explore how to know if or when it's time for a new companion.
