Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my practice. I love learning about neuroscience and all things psychology related. When I'm not reading or listening to a podcast you can find me seeing live music, hiking, gardening or painting.

My Career Path

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the field. I graduated from the University of Denver in 2014 with a Master's Degree in Social Work. As a licensed social worker I have worked with a variety of populations ranging from hospice clients to families with children with mental health diagnoses and behavioral issues. Prior to graduate school I worked for a domestic violence shelter and a residential home for developmentally disabled adults. While I have enjoyed and learned so much from all of the populations I have served, I knew I truly found my calling with trauma work after being trained in EMDR. Watching clients have ah-ha moments right before my eyes has been truly amazing and inspirational.
