Evolving with Intention

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my practice. I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and others. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for the human capacity to heal.
I’m continually inspired by the fields of neuroscience and psychology, and I integrate insights from both into my therapeutic approach. I believe that understanding how our brains and bodies respond to stress and trauma can empower lasting change.
When I’m not reading or listening to a podcast, you can usually find me seeing live music, hiking, gardening, or painting — all things that help me stay grounded and connected to creativity and nature.
My Career Path
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of life challenges. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2014 and have been dedicated to helping others heal and grow ever since.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations — from hospice clients to families navigating children’s mental health and behavioral challenges. Prior to graduate school, I worked in a domestic violence shelter and a residential home for developmentally disabled adults. Each experience has deepened my understanding of resilience, compassion, and the complexity of the human experience.
While I’ve valued every chapter of my career, I discovered my true calling in trauma work after training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. Witnessing clients experience “aha” moments — those powerful shifts that bring insight, relief, and connection — continues to be one of the most inspiring parts of my work.
Since then, I’ve continued to expand my education and understanding of psychedelic-assisted therapies and their potential for healing. My personal experiences with psychedelics have been truly transformative, strengthening my belief in the power of connection, presence, and integration in the healing process.
I’m committed to continually learning and incorporating integrative approaches to meet each client’s individual needs.
